It is our standard practice to conduct a post-hire 90 day review on a 360° basis of expectations versus reality, meeting with the hiring executive and successful candidate to ensure on-the-job success.
We believe that executive search services should be billed like other professions, namely on a time and expense budget, agreed to by the consultant and client at the beginning of the search with monthly progress billing until completion.
